  • Ownership: Vended to 1508260 B.C. Ltd. (“150 BC“), a private Hydrogen and Critical Minerals Explorer and Development company

  • Acquisition Terms: Acquired as part of Q2 2025, CAD$150,000 acquisition from Granite Creek Copper

  • Disposition Terms: 2.750m shares of 150 BC, 2.250m shares to be received as at April 30, 2025

  • USD $175,000, USD $125,000 to be received as at April 30, 2025

Location

  • Located in well known Ultramafic Belt in SE Alaska.
  • 50 km to Ketchikan with available industrial base.
  • Adjacent to tide water.
  • 413 acres (167 hectares)

Geology

  • Underlain by ultramafic geology needed to stimulate hydrogen in the subsurface.
  • Laboratory studies have shown that water injected into ultramafic rock with contained heat greater than 100 C will generate hydrogen.
  • Union Bay  area has mapped  heat gradient greater than 50 C per 1000 m.
