Located in well known Ultramafic Belt in SE Alaska.
50 km to Ketchikan with available industrial base.
Adjacent to tide water.
413 acres (167 hectares)

Geology

Underlain by ultramafic geology needed to stimulate hydrogen in the subsurface.
Laboratory studies have shown that water injected into ultramafic rock with contained heat greater than 100 C will generate hydrogen.
Union Bay area has mapped heat gradient greater than 50 C per 1000 m.
